Right of withdrawal / exchange

The following cancellation policy applies exclusively to consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). According to this section, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation/Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by mail at:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. You can also download the model withdrawal form or another unequivocal statement from our website and submit it to us. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exchange of clothing

If you wish to exchange clothing items that have already been delivered, please return them at your own expense to the following address:

To ensure your exchange is processed quickly, please include a copy of the delivery note and mark the items you are returning. Once the goods have been received and inspected, you will immediately receive a credit note for the corresponding amount.
